Information on submitting a paper

Each presentation is allocated 30 minutes, including 5 to 10 minutes for discussion.

The programme is intended to consist of practice-oriented or scientific presentations. Presentations focusing on products, sales, advertising or brand image will therefore not be accepted. Please avoid mentioning trade marks, product names, etc., as well as any content aimed at advertising or sales promotion, in your presentation title, abstract and the presentation itself. The reviewers of presentation proposals will be paying even closer attention to such unwanted advertising than in the past and will reject presentations containing it.

Each presentation proposal must be submitted with an abstract and a short CV of the speaker – both in continuous text format – and a profile picture in jpg format is desirable. Missing abstracts or CVs will result in the rejection of the presentation proposal.

In February 2027, the reviewers will examine and evaluate all presentation proposals. The programme of talks will then be finalised by mid/late March 2027. All applicants will be informed by email whether their talk proposal has been accepted or rejected as soon as the programme has been finalised.

When using the online submission process, please use an existing user account. If this is your first time submitting a presentation proposal, please create a new user account. You can use your login details to log in at any time to update your personal details or revise your submission.

Abstract submission and evaluation are supported by the CONVERIA conference management software.
